Tycho is back with “Anotherwave,” and it feels like opening a window you forgot you needed. It marks his second release of 2026 after a relatively quiet 2025. The new single lands with that same transportive pulse he has always known how to bottle better than almost anyone. A huge part of the track’s lift comes from Sea Lemon, whose name alone already feels like it belongs in a Tycho song. Her vocals are soft, ethereal, and just elusive enough to float above everything without ever losing their shape. They do not overpower the song. They hover inside it.
That is what makes “Anotherwave” hit so well. The drums stay soft. The melodies stretch wider. Every element feels placed to create that full-body, slightly unreal levitating feeling Tycho has built his name on for years. Nothing is harsh. Nothing pulls too hard. It just moves through you.
More than anything, this one feels like a reminder of a very specific kind of magic. Tycho does not just make songs. He makes atmosphere you can stand inside.
