mgk and Wiz Khalifa are keeping the blog era boyz rollout moving with the new video for “passport,” and it fits the tape’s whole mood perfectly. Shot by Sam Cahill and Daniel Kelly, the visual leans into the laid-back chemistry that has always made the two work so well together, following them from a tennis court to a pool party to candid moments on the road.
That is what makes the video click. It does not feel overly scripted or dressed up, it just lets their friendship and natural back-and-forth carry the whole thing. The mix of performance shots and behind-the-scenes footage makes it feel more like a real glimpse into their world than a polished concept trying too hard to sell one.
The song itself is one of the smoother cuts from blog era boyz, and the visual gets that across without overcomplicating it. “passport” feels carefree, sun-soaked, and built around the kind of easy confidence both artists have always known how to turn into something people want to replay.
