Some anniversary editions add a remaster and call it a day. This one opens the vault. Mac Miller’s estate has announced The Divine Feminine (10th Anniversary), out October 2, 2026 via Warner Records, and the first of three previously unreleased songs from the original 2016 sessions is already streaming. “Butterflies” arrived August 21, 2026.
It feels like stepping back into the room where that album was made. Taylor Graves produced it, and the low end belongs to Thundercat, a longtime Miller collaborator whose playing sits right at the center of the track. Daniel Hardaway’s trumpet does the rest. The whole thing moves warm, unhurried, and a little woozy, built for the hour when a night is winding down rather than ramping up.
The Divine Feminine was the pivot of that entire era. After doubling down on rap technique with 2015’s GO:OD AM, Miller turned around and made a concept album about love and the sacred energy of women, pushing his singing voice to the front. Pitchfork called it “easily his most intoxicating release yet” when it landed. That same instinct would materialize further on 2018’s Swimming.
The anniversary edition carries the ten original tracks plus the three from the vault, with deluxe and standard 3LP pressings up for pre-order at shop.macmillerswebsite.com and select retailers. The estate also launched a new Mac Miller website, built with James Musgrave and Kate Doyle for XXIX, an interactive tribute stocked with archival media contributed by friends and colleagues. A project years in the making, and it plays like one.
