BUNT. played this one to a Coachella crowd before it had a release date. “Stay” with Lauren Spencer Smith came out July 31, 2026 on Arista Records, and it is the first time the two have worked together. Coachella got the preview, everybody else got the wait.

He builds it out of the stuttering, pitch shifted vocal chops that have become his whole signature, and she handles the rest. The song sits inside a one night thing that starts wordless and comfortable, then runs headfirst into daylight and the questions neither of them wants to ask. It opens almost bare and keeps gathering until it finally goes off.

It caps a huge stretch for BUNT., who has cleared 1.1 billion streams worldwide. It feels like a record made by somebody who knows exactly which second the room lifts.
