Afrojack released “Dino” on Monday, November 2, 2026 through his own WALL Recordings, and he wants you to know the Monday was deliberate. It is a solo single, one track, three minutes and 27 seconds, sitting on its own with nobody else’s name on it. On a calendar where every dance record fights for the same Friday slot, the move feels like a small act of rebellion from someone who earned the right to skip the queue.
The reasoning sits in his own note under the official audio. Music is about feeling over numbers and money, he writes, and while he will keep playing the pop game on the side, dancefloor music should never be held back or blown up for attention. Dropping it on a Monday was his way of keeping something he loves from turning into a strategic play.
He tagged the upload dirty dutch and dutch house, which tells you exactly which room “Dino” was built for. This one belongs to the hour when the floor is packed, the lights are low, and the only number that matters is the BPM. It feels loose, stubborn, and made for the booth first.
“Dino” lands in the middle of a club-first run for Afrojack. There was “Control” on Black Book Records, “Hot Sauce” and “Secret Moves” on Hot Creations, and “Monopoly Man” on Desolat in August. He is hardly short on bigger singles either, with “ADRENALINE” alongside SOFI TUKKER and Arti Prjct out October 16. The CONTROL North American Tour hits Houston on November 20, Silo in Dallas on November 21, the Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles on November 27, and Level 1 in Seattle on November 28, so this one should find its natural habitat quickly.
