Dominic Fike released his third studio album, HOW TO QUIT SMOKING, on October 30, 2026 through Columbia Records. It is his first studio album since 2023’s Sunburn, and he built all 15 tracks the hard way, writing, recording, filming and releasing songs between stops on his fall Comedy Tragedy Parody tour across North America. Hotel rooms, the bus, backstage. Fans could even watch the process unfold live on Instagram.
The rollout followed the same road map. Lead single “WALLFLOWER” arrived August 28 with a video shot in Asheville, North Carolina. “SMALL TOWN” was recorded and filmed in Detroit and Seattle. Then “PANGEA” landed on October 19, with a video that puts Fike in a seaplane over Vancouver.
“PANGEA” sets the tone, opening on just his voice and an acoustic guitar with a grainy texture before a beat slides in once he starts rapping. That on-the-fly feel carries into the guest list. Danny Brown shows up on “NOT THE SPIRIT,” Grace Ives joins him on “HONEYLOVE,” and Emma Ogier appears twice, on “SMALL TOWN” and “CABBY.” The whole record sounds like a scrapbook from a tour bus, warm, scrappy, and full of friends.
The timing could not be better. “Babydoll” gave him his first Billboard Hot 100 top 10 eight years after its release, and “WHITE KEYS” became a UK Top 10 single before earning its spot on the album. This feels like the biggest run of his career, and he is taking it overseas in February.
