Lane 8’s Cross Pollination II feels like the payoff to months of hearing IDs in mixtapes and live sets, then waiting for them to fully take shape. Out now on This Never Happened, the 14-track project builds on the spirit of the original Cross Pollination while widening the circle and giving the whole thing more emotional range.
