The Chainsmokers are not done with this run yet. “Already Know” brings Oaks back into the picture for another strong link-up, and the track feels like a natural next step after “Echo,” leaning further into the chemistry that made their earlier work together connect in the first place.
What makes this stretch interesting is that it sounds like the duo actually found their way back into a real creative pocket. After talking openly about feeling stuck, they now seem to be moving with more ease, and that shows in the music. There is a sense of momentum here, and Oaks remains a huge part of why it works, bringing a voice and emotional center that gives the whole thing more shape.
The bigger picture matters too. “Already Know” arrives ahead of Love Is Kind, a new EP built around this renewed partnership, and it already feels like the project could tap into something fans have been missing from The Chainsmokers for a while. If “Echo” reopened the door, this one keeps it swinging.
