Some club records nod to hip hop. This one goes straight to the source. Michael Bibi and KETTAMA built “Mystery of Raw” on Wu-Tang Clan, and it landed August 14, 2026 through CircoLoco Records.
The sample is “Da Mystery of Chessboxin'”, off Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) in 1993. RZA’s original is all dust and menace, with U-God and Inspectah Deck trading bars over the top of it. Bibi and KETTAMA keep the grit and hand it a floor to live on. It feels like the Chambers rebuilt for a 4am room, heavy, hypnotic, and mean in the best way.
Both of them are deep in a run. KETTAMA spent nine straight Mondays behind the booth at Amnesia in Ibiza. Bibi landed the highest new entry on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs poll in 2025. The single follows their first back to back set at Tomorrowland, and it sounds like it was built in that room.
