Becky Hill released “l0st the pl0t” on October 30, 2026, the last single to arrive before her third album REBECCA lands November 13 via Astralwerks. Fans have been asking for this one since she first played it live on her sold-out UK arena tour in 2024, and the hook finally made it onto record intact: “I’m just another popstar that lost the f*cking plot.”
It is a song about the scoreboard. Streaming numbers, ticket sales, where your name sits on a festival poster, and how quickly all of it starts deciding how you feel about yourself. Becky wrote it out of conversations with other artists who were going through the exact same thing, and she sings it from inside the machine, tired, a little furious and completely self-aware.
“‘l0st the pl0t’ came from conversations with other artists and realising we’re all going through a lot of the same things. You’re trying to tour, work, keep your house clean, wash your clothes, unpack and repack suitcases, while dealing with barely seeing your family. It’s very easy to lose yourself in the business side of music and let the numbers and pressures take over. The song is me looking at all of that from the inside and recognising how easily you can get lost in it.” – Becky Hill
The sound matches the subject. That huge vocal sits right up front while the production keeps climbing toward the drop, so the whole thing feels like a confession you can rave to. It also fits what she calls the “curated chaos” of REBECCA, a record that throws house and drum ‘n’ bass in with the guitar music she grew up on, Pendulum and The Prodigy included.
The album was first set for September 25 and got pushed back so she could finish two more collaborations, one with MEDUZA and one with Sonny Fodera, both on the digital edition only. Add “hands on me,” “More! More! More!” and “Changes” and this era already has a serious run behind it. She celebrates the release with a string of intimate UK shows, then heads into 2027 with a huge open-air headline night at Ludlow Castle in Ludlow, England on July 23, 2027.
