[UNVRS] Takes The World’s No. 1 Club Spot In DJ Mag’s Top 100 In Its First Year

[UNVRS] opened its doors in Ibiza, Spain on May 30, 2025. Less than a year later it was the biggest club on the planet. The hyperclub, pronounced “Universe,” was voted the World’s No. 1 Club in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs 2026 poll on April 15, 2026, the first venue in the poll’s 20-year history to take the top spot in its debut year.

The 2025 season explains most of it. Carl Cox, Anyma, Eric Prydz, and David Guetta all held inaugural residencies. Cox taped a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix from the floor. Travis Scott turned up during an Anyma set. Charlotte de Witte, ANOTR, Klangkuenstler, and Sara Landry each took the space over, and closing night pulled in Black Coffee, Peggy Gou, and Rampa. Between the LED tunnels, the main floor, and the art-filled lounges tucked off to the side, the whole build was designed to be walked through as much as danced in.

The result also turned the top of the poll into something close to a family portrait. Ushuaïa Ibiza landed at No. 3 and Hï Ibiza at No. 4, both run by Yann Pissenem’s The Night League alongside [UNVRS]. Brazil’s GREENVALLEY at No. 2 is the only outsider in the top four.

The 2026 season reopened on April 26, 2026 and looks built to defend the thing. Anyma holds Tuesdays with ÆDEN from June 9 through September 15, 2026, a residency shaped around what the room can actually do instead of dropped into it. Jamie Jones, Fisher, Carl Cox, and David Guetta all carry weekly nights, and Tiësto makes his [UNVRS] debut with a five-date run across Mondays in August 2026. One season in, the place already feels like a fixed point on the island.
