ZERB links with Swae Lee and Halle Abadi on “Metallic Lips,” and the chorus is the kind that gets stuck before the song is even over. It has that instant pull. Slick, strange, and way too easy to run back.
The production lives up to the title. ZERB fills the track with sharp, metallic synth textures that give the whole thing a polished edge without making it feel cold. Then Swae Lee steps in and reminds everyone why his voice still cuts through almost anything. The “Black Beatles” hitmaker floats across the record with that effortless melodic touch that has carried so many songs into another tier.
Halle Abadi adds the extra layer that seals it. Her presence gives the track more shape and keeps the arrangement from feeling too one-dimensional. Whoever made the call to bring that final voice into the mix knew exactly what they were doing. “Metallic Lips” already sounds like a certified hit.
