Mia Moretti has a new soundtrack for the tail end of summer. Her latest EP, GET READY!, brings together five originals and two remixes built for sweaty rooms, late nights, and those afternoons that somehow turn into sunrise.
The project moves between disco, gospel house, jackin house, and a little bit of techno weirdness without losing its personality. “backseat baby” with Uffie is playful and flirty, “Want You Now” leans into a slicker groove, while “Everybody” with Vonita White carries the kind of soulful lift that feels made for a packed dancefloor.
“Desire” slows the pulse without killing the mood, and the title track ties everything together with a little more restraint than its name suggests. Radio Slave and Blakkat also step in with remixes of “backseat baby,” giving the EP a second life for the club.
Moretti is carrying that energy straight into a busy stretch that includes Pacha in New York and the final dates of her Nocturna residency in Ibiza. GET READY! feels less like a seasonal release and more like a snapshot of exactly where she is right now, deep in the club, fully in motion, and having a damn good time doing it.
