KATSEYE Go Full Throttle On “Hootie Frutti” From Their New EP WILD

Five songs, and one of them refuses to sit still. KATSEYE released their third EP WILD on August 14, 2026 through HYBE x Geffen Records, and “Hootie Frutti” is the track carrying the whole thing.

It runs on rattling Brazilian phonk percussion and pop production stacked as high as it will go, with a flirtation coded entirely in food and luxury. It feels bright, brash and a little unhinged, the kind of record that arrives already sweating. The video, directed by Alfred Marroquin with production by Somesuch, drops the group into an underground Brazilian party on its last legs until they walk in and restart it.

WILD also carries “PINKY UP” and “Animal”, both of which landed on the Billboard Hot 100, takes a breath for the ballad “Bel Air”, and closes with “That Way”. The group take this era into arenas on September 1, 2026, when the WILDWORLD Tour opens at 3Arena in Dublin. That run sold out in under 48 hours.
