AFROJACK is digging deeper into the club with “Monopoly Man.” This marks his first release on Loco Dice and Martin Buttrich’s Desolat imprint. The track strips things back to groove and pressure, but that unmistakable AFROJACK synth still cuts straight through the room.
A rolling bassline, sharp percussion, and heavy drums (and I mean heavy) keep the record moving with very little wasted motion. It feels rawer than some of his mainstage work, yet still carries enough size to hit just as hard in a festival set. God that synth work cooks the cranium.
“Monopoly Man” has already been getting serious mileage before release. Loco Dice has worked it into sets at Space Miami, Day Trip, UNVRS Ibiza, and Pacha Ibiza, while AFROJACK has been testing it himself in clubs including Sound in Los Angeles.
The single continues a strong 2026 run that has seen AFROJACK move freely between labels, sounds, and scenes. “Control,” “Hot Sauce,” “Secret Moves,” and “Allein” have all shown different sides of that evolution.
