Michael Jackson — well, Pitbull, Afrojack and DJ Buddha — released a preview of his legendary “Bad” earlier this week that they remixed for his 25th Anniversary LP.
I’m not going to lie, I’m not exactly ecstatic that Mister Worldwide somehow finagled his way into this one, but it is what it is.

With Lana’s Born To Die album re-releasing this November with 7 unreleased tracks, we get an unofficial drop of some of Lana’s demos and other unreleased studio work. There have been a couple released, but Serial Killer definitely stands out among the bunch. The track features Lana’s gorgeous vocals laid over some 808s…All I need. Worth the check.

Ahhhhhh. Refreshing. The Knocks def have a unique sound. I pictured myself with the windows down on my way back to school cruising down the highway blasting this. Too bad I just graduated. Oh well… Epic summer track. Def gonna wanna add this to your day drinking playlist.

Lot’s of artists seem to be doing things of this nature now. Nothing wrong with getting your fans involved. I think it’s great. And Ellie was smart in having her fans use the new craze in social media with Instagram. For the project, fans were asked to submit a photo of themselves with a word from the song in order for the photo to serve as part of the lyrics on screen. Here is what the finished project turned out to be for her lead single “Anything Could Happen” off Halycon which is due out on October 9th in the States and October 8th over the pond.

British music producer Labrinth recently released the video for his latest single off of Electronic Earth, called “Treatment.”
Electronic Earth is out now, while “Treatment” is set to be released September 9th.
That’s fine–but all I can think about is Knife Party remixing it…à la “Last Time”. I can dream.
