9 Acts To See At Ultra Music Festival 2018 + Set Times

This is a very special year for several reasons. Reason one, it’s the 20th anniversary of what some would say is the best music festival in North America. Reason two, there are rumors that Swedish House Mafia could reform at this year’s festival. Reason three, the unknown that comes with such a milestone gets us freaking stoked!
We already revealed the full lineup here. You should check that out and you can make your schedule using the official ULTRA app by following this download link. Everyone knows not to miss Axwell x Ingrosso as Steve Angello could join them. The Chainsmokers closing Day 2 and Marshello smashing the mainstage are also must attend. We have all the graphics for each stage below laying out the set times so you can figure out who you want to see (or miss). We also wanted to compile a list of people you may have not considered that might just change your life. Those are as follows:
Virtual Self is the first name on the list of people you can’t miss. This is the new project of North Carolina producer Porter Robinson and if you have seen any of the videos from his last few shows, you will see what I am talking about. The man knows what he is doing and people are feeling inspired again to push the boundaries thanks to him. He is closing the live stage on Friday March 23rd and his set starts at 11pm.
EKALI is up next. The Vancouver born producer has had a head year and half and each month he breaks through new obstacles. I was lucky enough to catch him when he slide through Atlanta, and what a show it was. One of the best sets, productions (he designed himself) I’ve seen from an artist of his caliber. He is on the UMF Radio stage on Saturday March 24th at 7pm.
REZZ should have probably been number one on our list, but we know someone of you are going to be going nuts for her already. This girl is just amazing man. She has come so far but she put the work in and has been working on her craft for years before you ever heard of her. Her and Alison Wonderland have done huge things for female DJs this year (not to forget others) and we are so excited to see her play on Friday March 23rd on the Ultra Worldwide Stage at 10pm. What a slot time!
JOYRYDE is easily one of the most underrated producers and performers out there. I mean his stage design is unreal, but he brings it heavy with a side of hell yea every set. The production work speaks for itself and we couldn’t pick a track so we decided to link that Diplo & Friends mix he did last year. He is on the ULTRA Worldwide stage on Friday March 23rd at 5pm.
DUCKY is probably a name you have not even heard of. This chick is exploding right now (in a good way). She has come out of nowhere and her productions show she deserves a spot at the table (or festival for that matter). She is opening up the UMF Radio Stage on Saturday March 24th at 12pm. Don’t miss her.
Lost Kings are making their Ultra debut this year, which is weird because they should have been on last years. These guys are out of LA but are from Baltimore and Massachusetts. They crush it on the studio but what they bring to the stage is next level. I honestly don’t know how they have the energy to keep that pace up through the entire set. Their set at Shaky Beats in Atlanta was probably one of the best sets of the entire weekend. They are on the ULTRA Worldwide stage on Saturday March 24th at 8pm.
NGHTMRE & SLANDER are a trifecta made in heaven. They released this GUD VIBRATIONS single on Mad Decent back in 2016 and nothing has been the same for these guys since. They have gone on to tour all over the world from South East Asia through all of Europe. When they are up there together it is just magical and the energy is scary good. I caught their show in Minnesota when I was up there on a work trip and let’s just say I almost didn’t make it to work. They are rocking the Ultra Worldwide Stage on Friday March 23rd at 7pm.
Henry Fong is just that guy. He continues to put the groovy dance tunes in the mix and knows how to mix it up. He has a new song “Pop It Off” out that I have linked below and you don’t want to miss the Orlando, Florida native, LA based DJ throw down on the UMF Radio Stage on Friday March 23rd at 10pm.
SAN HOLO out of The Netherlands is playing live and this is personally my favorite of the entire list (why I saved it for last). The man really pushes boundaries and doesn’t about what the industry is looking for. His bitbird label has done great things and the artists like DROELOE and WRLD are in that same column of barrier smashing. He is on the Live Stage on Saturday March 24th at 730pm. See you there!
