Jay-Z Shares Video For “The Story of O.J.”
Jay-Z is receiving instantly critically-acclaimed reviews for his highly-anticipated new album, ‘4:44’. Upon today’s release of his 13th album, Jay also unveils a new socially impacted new video for the album cut, “The Story of O.J.”.
The animated music video draws some inspiration from The Censored Eleven; a series of cartoons released between the ’30′s and ’50s that used controversial ethnic stereotypes in their cartoons. They were eventually banned nearly 40 years later in 1968 by United Artists; the Beverly Hill-based film and television entertainment studio who originally created it.
