Tory Lanez Will Drop Two New Mixtapes New Year’s Day
2016 was Tory Lanez’s moment. The Toronto recording artist gained platinum plaques for his singles, “Say It” and “Luv” and released his highly-anticipated based on a true story debut album, ‘I Told You’ over the Summer. Touring the entire second half of 16′, Tory has been continuiously recording and has just announced he will be dropping two brand new mixtapes the first day of 2017.
Keeping his foot on the gas, Tory will be dropping new installment mixtapes for both his fan-favorite Chixtape series with Chixtape 4 and his New Toronto series with New Toronto 2. Tory made the announcement yesterday via Twitter with the following congratulation tweet:

Lanez continued to elaborate on the new tapes in a series of tweets, saying:

Tory Lanez started his Chixtape series back in 2011. It wasn’t until 2015, when Tory released two new mixtapes in Chixtape and New Toronto simulanteously in support of feeding fans enjoyment of the singer’s vocals and rhymes with Chixtape being more R&B and New Toronto being Hip-Hop.
Tory Lanez is currently featured on the new Sean Paul single, “Tek Weh Yuh Heart”.
