J. Cole Might’ve Just Revealed He Has A Daughter

Moments after the anticipated release of J. Cole‘s fourth solo effort titled, ‘4 Your Eyez Only,’ The internet goes into a frenzy with speculations that the Roc Nation signee has just revealed more shocking and surprising news, he has a daughter.

It’s safe to say that J. Cole has become an artist filled with secrets. Shortly after his third album release (‘2014 Forest Hill Drive‘), it was revealed in an interview that the “Work Out” recording artist was married to longtime girlfriend, Melissa Heholt. Upon the release of his new album, J. Cole includes a two-part tracks titled, “She Mine Pt.1” and “She Mine Pt.2” that a fan has identified as a track revealing J. Cole has a daughter.

While nothing has been confirmed rather Jermaine and Melissa have parented a daughter or not. Several major sources have ran with the speculation and have through diagnosing the lines within the two tracks, it’s almost a certain that Cole World is a proud father to a baby girl.

Official lyric website, Genius, wrote an description to the two-part song, labeling it as a dedication to his wife and daughter. Stated below:

J. Cole’s two-part suite “She’s Mine,” featured on his fourth studio album 4 Your Eyez Only, are two of the most personable songs he has written thus far.

The first part is dedicated to his wife, while this second part is dedicated to his newborn daughter – a child first discovered by his fans through these tracks.

Cole delves into the responsibilities of fatherhood here; and as he describes the scene of hovering over his daughter and looking into her bright eyes he finds himself overcome by a strange feeling: hope.
