Starkillers Accuses Avicii Of Stealing “Bromance”

Tim Bergling aka Avicii‘s “Bromance” was a pivotal track not just for the star himself, but for the EDM movement as a whole. Hard to believe it’s been out for 5 years now – longer than FITA has been around actually.

It paved the way for “LEVELS” to be become so damn big. But unlike “LEVELS” … it appears as of “Bromance” did not credit the original creator Ray Lynch, according to Starkillers who narrates the situation with a slew of Tweets.

Starkillers claims Avicii’s manager Ash Pournouri used the original to push Avicii to stardom – without permission, and without crediting the original.

As you listen belogw, it becomes clear that “Bromance” was at least inspired by Ray Lynch’s “Celestial Soda Pop” original. Whether or not it was done legally, is a whole different story. A quick Google search revealed this isn’t the first time Starkillers has mentioned this either, as he had the same rant back in 2013.

Anyway, decide for yourselves, here’s the original:

And now that Starkillers is buzzing appropriately…
