Hoodie Allen Drops ‘People Keep Talking’ Album

People Keep Talking

After posting music video after music video of singles from the album, Hoodie Allen‘s People Keep Talking album is finally available for download! It’s been on the iTunes Radio stream for about a week, but now the download link is live and hard copies will be available in stores around the country starting Tuesday morning. This is Hoodie’s debut studio album, and it’s definitely deserving of all the love it’s gotten.

It’s obvious how much I like this project given my praise of each and every single we’ve posted, but I definitely believe this is Hoodie’s best work to date. I’ve been a fan of his for years now, and while Leap Year (TBT to 2011) is one of my favorite mixtapes of all time, it’s evident that People Keep Talking is on a level of its own. It’s a very versatile album, ranging from bangers (“People Keep Talking”) to catchy pop songs (“Act My Age”) to even a collab with Ed Sheeran. There isn’t a single song worth skipping; each one is as good as the one prior in its own unique way.

That’s enough talking about the album though; I’ll let the music speak for itself. Listen after the jump! Be sure to support a dope artist and purchase People Keep Talking below, and make sure you get a chance to hear Hoodie perform the album live when he’s in a city near you on his tour!
