Get Ready For Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ Return With “Arrows”

You’ve probably never herad of Fences, Seattle’s (probably) next big thing. Following in the footsteps of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, who burst onto the scene thanks to a sizeable underground following, and of course good music, the alt-pop band is ready for the Top 100 Billboard surge. Of course, things are a bit easier for them given the feature from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, but it sounds like the hype is well deserved.

They have an album releasing in October, and “Arrows” will be the lead single. The connection of the two artists isn’t completely out of the blue though. Fences is led by Christopher Mansfield – who actually co-wrote one of The Heist‘s more powerful songs, “10,000 Hours.” And Fences were also featured on “The Otherside” remix back in 2011 as well.

Should be interesting to see how they combine for this new single, out tomorrow July 29th. The album will be out October 14th, and you can hear another song from it after the jump.

Update: here it is!
