Eminem’s Childhood Home Demolished, Same Home That Was On The ‘MMLP1’ & ‘MMLP2’ Cover
The iconic home of Eminem, that has been on the cover of both The Marshall Mathers LP and The Marshall Mathers LP 2, has been destroyed. On November 7th, the house had encountered a fire, and the cause of that is still unknown. The small house, located between 8 Mile and 7 Mile roads was demolished due to “the condition of the property post-fire presents a safety hazard.” This statement was issued by The Michigan Land Bank.
There were many bids on the home from avid fans but none were accepted. The land will still be sold so after the demolition, but currently I can’t find it on the Michigan Land Bank site.
